Yin Therapy, together with five dedicated and experienced Yoga teachers at Contemporary Yoga Centre in Auckland, will be offering Friday night rotating Yoga classes of Restorative, Yin, Nidra and Moon Vinyasa.

Karin will be offering candlelight Yin Yoga practice on the following dates in 2019:

*Concession cards can be purchased directly at class and have a four month expiry date from purchase

Can be made by cash directly or bank transfer to Contemporary Yoga Centre at 06-0185-0507923-25. No EFTPOS.

Bookings
Classes are limited to 16 students to optimise learning and therefore bookings are essential for the Friday Night Yoga Gatherings.
