Welcome to Yin Therapy Meditation Teacher Training
This 35-hour intensive certified meditation teaching programme (6 days) comprises 4 sections:
1. Meditation Practice
Every day, we explain and practice yogic or Buddhist meditation techniques.
SoHam Mantra Meditation
Bija Mantra Meditation
Chakra Meditation
Shamatha - calm, peaceful abiding
Vipassana - insight into the three characteristics of existence
Metta - loving kindness
Walking Meditation
2. Patanjali's Yoga Sutras – The Great Path of Yoga
Each day, we will examine a section of Patanjali's Yoga Sutras in more detail to grasp the deeper meaning of the Great Path of Yoga – awakening – on a mental level.
3. Yin Yoga Asana Practice
Each day we will conclude with a relaxing Yin Yoga asana practice.
4. Teaching Meditation Techniques
In this segment, we will explain our philosophy and our approach to teaching meditation in short sessions.

'SoHam - I am That'
Vedanta (End of Knowledge), Tantra Yoga & Dhyana Moksha Mantra
After each successfully completed module, the participant receives a Yoga Alliance certification until the final 200h or 300h Yoga Alliance certificate is issued after the last module. All partial certificates (hours) can also be submitted to the Yoga Alliance as “Continuing Education” (YACEP).
100% attendance is required for this certificate.
Missed classes may result in additional homework and additional fees.
DAILY SCHEDULE
Tuesday 17.08.2027 - Arrival
All participants should please arrive between 4pm - 6pm to the Seminarhaus Pegasus, where you will be met by the staff of the Seminarhaus.
Dinner will be served at 6pm.
The group will then all meet at 7.30pm - 9.30 pm for an introduction round and the first session.
Wednesday - Saturday 18. - 21.08.2027
6.30am - 7.30am morning meditation
7.30am - 9.00am breakfast + relaxation
9.00am - 1.00pm meditation (yogic and buddhist meditation techniques
1.00pm - 3.00pm lunch + relaxation
3.00pm - 6.00pm theory (sutras & teaching methodology) & asana practice
6.00pm dinner + relaxation

(The invoice for the participation fee is without VAT, as the change of tax liability (reverse charge procedure) applies in the present case. The sales tax must be registered by the recipient of the service (in the case of companies / yoga teachers) and paid to the tax office.
Invoices for participation fees issued to private individuals include VAT.

SEMINARHAUS PEGASUS ACCOMMODATION
We recommend that you book your accommodation as soon as possible after registering for the seminar and book directly via the registration portal of the Seminarhaus Pegasus.
Accommodation options at Pegasus per person for 6 nights
Single room - €49 per day
Double room - €29 per day
+ €450 full board (€75 per day)
PLEASE NOTE – even if you choose alternative accommodation outside the seminar centre, the centre will charge a daily flat rate for use of the premises and meals.
Use of the sauna is included.
Tip: You might want to bring your own sauna towel, as hiring one costs €5 each.
General information from Pegasus
1. Rooms must be booked in good time via our booking system to ensure reliable occupancy planning
2. Check-in from 4.00pm. Check-out after lunch. Rooms must be vacated by 10.00am if necessary
3. Daily flat rate including full board for guests not staying overnight at the centre: €69.00
4. Half-day package – if the session starts in the morning with lunch on the day of arrival: + €35.00
5. Pets are not permitted

8. Sauna towels - please bring your own sauna towels or hire them for €5.00

10. You are not permitted to bring your own food or drinks, unless they are required for a necessary diet.
11. Any leftovers must be taken away at the end of the seminar.

CANCELLATION POLICY
If you cancel after registering but up to 90 days before the seminar begins, 10% of the participation fee will be charged as a cancellation fee.
If cancellation is made between 90 and 30 days before the seminar begins, 50% of the participation fee will be charged as a cancellation fee.
If cancellation is made 30 days or less before the seminar begins, 100% of the participation fee will be charged as a cancellation fee.
COURSE CANCELLATION INSURANCE
We recommend that you take out seminar cancellation insurance. This provides peace of mind for both parties should a cancellation arise (particularly last-minute cancellations due to illness). In the event of a cancellation, we must charge the full cancellation fee. We are unable to make any exceptions to this rule for any reason.
