“Honestly, this training absolutely exceeded all my expectations and I could not be happier! You are both such fabulous, engaging and entertaining presenters! It made the days so enjoyable, so easy to sit and listen (and laugh) and I felt so honoured, respected and always listened to.

I found it authentic, fun, relaxed, informative and a complete joy to arrive each day and drive in! I can’t wait to learn more from you both! I also really enjoyed the way you both demonstrated HOW to teach and present, not just WHAT to teach. Thank you again so much. An incredible week – thank you. Namaste. PS. Thank you for Wednesday and Friday morning practice Karin – mind blowing, I loved it!”

I think of the saying “What comes from the heart touches the heart”. Thanks for all the work and time you put into your trainings. I really appreciate what you have created. Namaste.”

9. Can I skip the first module if I have completed a level I 50hr Yin Yoga Teacher Training course with someone else?
As every Yin Yoga teacher trainer and training course offers their own syllabus developed out of their own understanding and personal experience, it is unfortunately not possible to allow a potential student to skip the first module, no matter what previous experience or teacher training courses he or she has completed. We do not have a reciprocal agreement with our fellow teacher training colleagues.

It is vital to us that we all have the same foundation (particularly regarding our teaching methodology) and speak the same language going into the second module. It helps pave the way for a very unique and nurturing atmosphere created by the group as a whole, as we deepen into our personal Yin Yoga journey in modules II, III, and IV.

10. Who is this course suitable for and are there any course prerequisites?
Our Yin Yoga & Anatomy Training course is suitable for yoga practitioners (with at least 2 years regular yoga practice) and experienced yoga teachers. Students who do not meet the minimum requirements will be assessed on an individual basis and a decision will be made at the discretion of Yin Therapy.

Our training course is designed to be a solid foundation training to become a yoga teacher, a specialised Yin Yoga teacher or continuing education for already qualified yoga teachers.
